Step 1: Access Webuzo Control Panel

1. Log in to your Webuzo Control Panel.
2. Use your admin credentials to access the dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Email Section

1. In the Webuzo dashboard, look for the Email section.
2. Click on Email Accounts.

Step 3: Select Your Domain

1. If you have multiple domains set up in Webuzo, choose the domain for which you want to create the email address.
   • Example: yourdomain.com

Step 4: Add a New Email Account

1. Click the Add Email Account button or a similar option.
2. Fill out the required details:
   • Email Address: Enter the username for the email ID (e.g., info if the email is info@yourdomain.com).
   • Password: Set a strong password for the account or use the password generator.
   • Quota/Storage: Assign a storage limit for the email account or select unlimited (if applicable).

Step 5: Save the Email Account

1. Review the details you entered.
2. Click Create Account or Save to finalize the creation of the email ID.

Step 6: Access Email Accounts

Once the email account is created, you can access it via:

• Webmail: Most Webuzo installations offer webmail clients like Roundcube or SquirrelMail. Click on the Webmail link to log in.
• Email Client: Configure the email account on clients like Outlook, Thunderbird, or your mobile device using the IMAP/POP3 and SMTP settings.

Step 7: (Optional) Configure DNS for Email

1. Ensure that the DNS records for your domain (MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) are correctly set to route emails properly.
2. Webuzo often provides tools or instructions for configuring these.

Step 8: Test Your Email

1. Send a test email to and from the newly created email ID to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
2. Check if you can send and receive emails without issues.
